Ariel Evans is a NYC based comedy writer and stand-up comedian. She got her start in her hometown, Seattle, WA. Ariel performs regularly at clubs all over the country, including but not limited to Flappers Comedy Club, Bananas Comedy Club, Laughs Comedy Club, Club Comedy, the Tiny Cupboard, and Sesh Comedy - and has been featured on HBO. Ariel was featured in 43rd Annual Seattle International Comedy Competition and was a finalist in the She-Devil Comedy Competition in New York City. She was the winner of the 2022 “You Look Like” roast battle in Atlanta. Ariel produces sold-out comedy shows in both Seattle and New York City. She previously was a host for Laughing Buddha Comedy. She was featured in the 2005 documentary “Heart of the Game.”
Her writing has been featured in The Haven, an online humor publication. She is a freelance copywriter for Arnold Worldwide’s Institute for the Comedically Gifted.
Ariel describes her comedy as "social commentary with family baggage."
